Where does Arrive ship?
Arrive currently ships to all 50 states in the US with plans for expansion beginning in late 2019.
What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard (5-9 business days) - $5, or get free shipping if you buy a bundle!
- Preferred (3-7 business days) - $10
- Expedited (2-3 business days) - $15
- Rush (1-2 business days) - $25
FYI: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require a few extra days in transit.
I just placed my order. When will it ship?
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve started processing it, then a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. All orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Where is my tracking number?
After your order has shipped, your tracking number can be found in the shipment confirmation email, as well as under the Orders section of My Account.
My tracking number isn’t working.
It may take the carrier up to 2 business days to register your shipment status, but if your tracking number still isn’t working, or if it isn’t working at all, get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I edit my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Oops! If you entered the wrong shipping address, email email@example.com with your order number and the correct address. We’ll be in touch!
Can I modify or cancel my order after I’ve checked out?
We cannot modify orders after they’ve been placed, but if you need to cancel your order, email us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchanges
What is Arrive’s return/exchange policy?
All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return/exchange my Arrive products?
Sorry you didn’t love Arrive! Please email email@example.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll take it from there.
I didn’t get a return slip with my order.
To cut down on paper waste, no Arrive orders include return slips- email us firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return or exchange process.
Help! My order came damaged, is defective, or is incorrect.
Sorry about that! Reach out as soon as you can via email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the items, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
How long until my refund is processed?
Refunds may take up to 14 days to see credited to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
What skin types are Arrive products appropriate for?
Arrive works for all skin types- every product is always dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, and non-irritating.
We formulate without known major skin-sensitizing ingredients to make sure our products are suited for even the most sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, please check the product ingredient list.
You can also “patch test” each product by applying a small amount somewhere discreet (like the back of your hand or forearm) and waiting 24-48 hours to see how your skin reacts.

Where can I find full ingredient lists for Arrive products?
Each individual product page has full ingredient listings, as well as a brief description of every ingredients’ purpose in the formula. We think it’s important you know not only what ingredients make up your products, but also why we chose to include them. Full ingredient listings can also be found on the outer carton of each product.
Do you test on animals?
No, Arrive is firmly against animal testing.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All Arrive products are all free of any animal-derived ingredients.
How long will my product last?
There’s no formal expiration date, but as a general rule of thumb, we recommend our products be used within three years of the manufacturing date, or six months after opening.
How will extreme heat or cold affect my product?
Extreme temperatures may slightly change the texture or density of your product (i.e. make it a little thinner or thicker) but should not impact the efficacy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks or money orders.
What should I do if my card is declined?
Some quick fixes to start with:
- Do the billing address details you’ve entered accurately reflect your cards billing information?
- Is the expiration date you’ve entered correct?
- Is your card expired?
Still not working? You may need to contact your card issuer. If they decline the charge, we can’t see why, so best to give them a call before trying to place your order again.
